One of my favorite spots when I lived in Belltown — the interior is uniquely decorated in Japanese style with wooden verandas and bamboo, and indoor foliage.
It also gives one of the best happy hour deals for sushi in Seattle — most of their specialty rolls are offered at ~$7 off regular menu price, and reasonable prices for drinks.

Small and intimate place with small plates meant to share. Ideal for small groups or date night.
Not only one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle hands down, one of the greatest happy hours of all time – most plates are half off, drinks at a great price ($10 cocktails!), and the hours on the HH are generous. Try the gnocchi!

Small French bistro-style restaurant with lots of European decor and old French movies playing on a projector. Great food, at an excellent happy hour deal. Cocktails are good as well — the best French 75 I’ve had in Seattle.
